Maintenance Technician (Electrical)
Location: South Dandenong
Salary: $90,000 – $102,000 p.a. + Super
Hours: Morning and Afternoon Shifts (between 7am–7pm)

The Role
As a Maintenance Technician (Electrical), you’ll be based on-site, responsible for electrical and mechanical planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance of advanced automation systems. Your role will help ensure reliable operation and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
  
  

• Respond to breakdowns and carry out fault-finding and repairs
  
  

• Conduct daily system audits
  
  

• Replace hard-wired gear motors and power supplies
  
  

• Manage and maintain spare parts inventory
  
  

• Complete accurate shift and breakdown reports
  
  

• Contribute to continuous improvement and system optimisation
  
  

• Support daily site operations during incidents
  
  

• Maintain a clean and organised workshop
  
  

• Comply with all OH&S regulations and company procedures
  
  

• Participate in local and overseas training and development
  
  

• Provide support to other resident sites as required
  
  

Skills & Experience Required

• A-grade Electrician / current Electrical Licence (essential)
  
  

• Self-motivated and adaptable
  
  

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  
  

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  
  

• Full driver's licence
  
  

• Team-focused with a collaborative attitude
  
  

• Willingness to learn and grow within the business
  
  

Desirable (not essential)

• Experience working within a maintenance, automation or robotics environment.
  
  

• PLC knowledge
