With a strong foundation in high-quality residential design, this practice is expanding into healthcare projects and seeking a talented Project Lead to play a key role in delivering new, community-focused projects. You'll be part of a dynamic, collaborative studio culture that values design, sustainability, and human-centred architecture. This role offers the chance to lead meaningful work from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver projects following initial concept to construction

Build strong rapport with clients, consultants and team members

Ensure delivery of high-quality details

Coordination with consultant teams, integrating feedback in design

Produce detailed documentation and manage delivery for compliant, high-quality documentation for DA/CC/CDC approvals

Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and identify any risks with client, planning and design or changes in scope/ variations

Hands-on use of ArchiCAD (cross-training available)

Skills & Experience

Relevant architectural qualifications and working rights

Proven local experience working on relevant projects

Advanced ArchiCAD knowledge

Excellent communication skills

Developed skills in construction documentation and detailing

Operating at a level similar to 5–10+ years experience

Registration as an architect preferred but not essential

Strong portfolio showcasing healthcare or allied health project experience, particularly public or community-focused projects

Interest or experience in residential architecture

Solid understanding of the NCC, Australian Standards, and experience producing construction documentation

Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and manage responsibilities independently
