Key Responsibilities

Deliver multi-residential projects following initial concept to construction

Build strong rapport with clients, consultants and team members

Collaborate with design team

Contribute to innovative designs and ensure the delivery of high-quality details

Coordination with client, consultants, and suppliers, integrating feedback in design

Produce detailed documentation and manage delivery in BIM

Provide regular project updates and proactively identify risks, ensuring seamless execution

Skills & Experience

Relevant architectural qualifications and working rights

Proven local experience working on residential and multi-residential projects

Advanced ArchiCAD knowledge with expertise in construction documentation

Strong understanding of the ADG and local codes to ensure compliance

Excellent communication skills
