Do you have good communication with your bosses currently? One of the reasons we started Supports Collective was because we felt isolated in our roles. Bosses who were too pressured to communicate, shifts that did not have any particular goal apparent. We do it differently: in the office, we are here to support you, working on the front line. We aim to ensure that you are at peak performance, that you have everything you need and a full understanding of what, why, where and when. We always do (paid) Meet & Greets, so that you always know what's behind the door that you are going through, and who your client is. And they have already met you, so that crucial first shift will always be easier.
