The Role
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will help participants work towards their goals and build confidence in daily life. You will walk alongside people living with psychosocial disabilities, supporting their emotional wellbeing, independence and connection to the community.

You will be part of a supportive and values-driven team where you are never treated like just a number.

We are currently hiring in Brisbane with immediate and upcoming shifts available. Please include your location and how far you are willing to travel in your application.

What We Are Looking For
You have experience working with people with psychosocial disabilities. You hold a relevant qualification in Mental Health, Disability Support or a related field. You have a calm, grounded and caring approach.

You are reliable and professional with strong personal values. Your communication is clear and respectful, and you feel confident supporting people independently. You have solid reading and writing skills in English.

You hold a current First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Experience in the industry is essential.

Your Responsibilities
Provide personalised support with daily living and self-care
Encourage participants to build skills, confidence and routines
Support participants to attend appointments, events and access the community
Keep accurate records and report any changes or concerns
Create safe, respectful and empowering spaces where participants can thrive
Follow Care Compass policies and meet all NDIS practice standards
