What You’ll Do

Handle day-to-day finance tasks including accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, and expense tracking

Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations

Support monthly financial close processes and internal reporting

Assist with compliance activities including BAS and superannuation

Liaise with external accountants and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Contribute to finance process improvements and system streamlining

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

At least 2–3 years’ experience in a similar finance or bookkeeping role

Solid understanding of financial processes and best practice

Experience using Xero (or similar accounting software)

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently

Great communication skills and confidence working with leadership
