The Company
Our client is a well-respected privately owned tier two builder who is turning over more than $600M and currently employs over 300 full time staff nationally. They operate across most commercial sectors and hold pre-qualifications for federal and state government projects valued up to $100M.

Their QLD operation has been operating for 10 years and they have an excellent name across the Queensland building market. In QLD they are known for delivering projects in the education, health and retail and industrial sectors from a value of $5M to $60M. Their Brisbane office operate with around 70 staff.

The Position – Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the business and initially manage some large services upgrades in the health sector. The initial project is a $22M project.

Ideal background

• Construction Management degree
• Experience working with a commercial builder of a similar size
• Health and education experience would be an advantage
• Be well presented, have good communication and be looking for a long term career opportunity
• Able to lead a team
