Leveraging over 20 years of experience in Strata Management, Custom Facility Management was established to provide a diverse range of services to complement existing property and strata management arrangements.
The upcoming retirement of a team member will provide an opportunity for an experienced Caretaker / Cleaner to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis (20 hours per week).
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this largely autonomous role will be required to provide caretaking, general cleaning, light maintenance and gardening duties to large strata community located in Joondalup.
Daily Onsite Duties will include:
General cleaning and maintenance of the common areas throughout the building
Security and monitoring of common property
Supporting the Strata Manager in liaising with onsite residents
Light maintenance and general garden duties
Assisting with the monitoring and coordinating of trades and contractors attending site
Advising the Operations Manager or Strata Manager of any hazardous conditions and compliance and statutory requirements for areas of common property
WHS Compliance
Daily testing of the pool
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
Applicants with a cleaning, caretaker or trade related background will be viewed favorably.
Be energetic, dynamic, enthusiastic and client focused
Well presented with good communication and organisational skills
An ability to work independently and maintain a high attention to detail
Police Clearances
Experience with Microsoft Outlook
The successful applicant will enjoy:
