Holroyd is a proud Australian manufacturer and supplier of industry-leading components for the trailer, RV, and specialist vehicle markets. As we roll out HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub across our business, we're looking for a motivated and organised CRM Marketer to join our team part-time.

This is your opportunity to help shape how we connect with our B2B customer base, support sales, and grow accounts using smart, targeted campaigns.

About the Role

You’ll be working directly with our Sales Team to execute CRM strategies that drive engagement, manage data, and help convert leads into loyal customers. Initially B2B focused, this role will grow to include B2C marketing down the track.

We’re looking for someone who loves CRM systems, has a good grasp of automation and segmentation, and wants to be hands-on with HubSpot every day.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales to build and run B2B email campaigns and workflows

Maintain and segment customer and lead data in HubSpot

Build automated journeys to support lead nurturing and account growth

Monitor CRM performance and assist with reporting and insights

Assist with day-to-day CRM administration and content updates

Help drive uptake and best-practice use of HubSpot within the business

What You'll Need to Succeed

Experience with HubSpot CRM and/or Marketing Hub (or similar)

Solid understanding of database marketing, segmentation, and automation

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Strong attention to detail with confidence working with data

Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment

Marketing or digital background preferred
