As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a resourceful, patient-focused team member to join our crew in a hybrid role that blends patient support, administration, and dispensary coordination. This is not your average clinic role — you'll be hands-on, solving real problems in a fast-paced environment while helping patients navigate life-changing therapies.
About the Role
This is a multitasking-heavy position suited for someone who thrives in a startup environment. You’ll be responsible for responding to patient enquiries, managing orders through our online pharmacy portal, and supporting daily operations with our dispensary and clinical teams.
You’ll be working closely with our pharmacists, customer support, healthcare practitioners, and the business founders — acting as the friendly, reliable point of contact for patients and playing a key role in improving workflows and patient outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow fast in their career — with opportunities to evolve the position and take on more responsibility as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to patient queries via email, SMS, live chat, and phone.
Track and follow up on automated SMS campaigns for confirming patient orders.
Support pharmacists with prescription management and dispatch.
Liaise with clinic doctors for ad hoc requests and clarifications related to patient care.
Log and escalate complex patient concerns to relevant departments.
Keep patients informed about their treatment progress with empathy and accuracy.
Assist with admin tasks and process improvements across pharmacy and clinic operations.
Stay current on product updates, platform changes, and emerging treatments.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years experience in customer service, admin, or healthcare support roles.
Experience working in telehealth, pharmacy, or medical cannabis industries is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Empathetic, calm under pressure, and great at problem-solving.
Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Teams, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM systems (LiveChat, HubSpot, etc.).
Comfortable with multitasking and wearing multiple hats in a start-up environment.
Able to learn new technologies quickly and work in a self-paced, autonomous manner.
Open to candidates on a Working Holiday Visa who meet the experience and availability requirements with sponsorship opportunities available.
