Harley Dental is a family-owned specialist practice and fully accredited Dental Day Surgery in the heart of North Adelaide. We pride ourselves on providing high quality care in a modern and relaxed environment.

We provide patients specialist dental (including include oral surgery, periodontist, prosthodontist and sleep apnoea dentistry) in a SA Health licenced and NSQHS accredited private day procedure hospital with radiology services on-site.

The overall purpose of the role will be to provide exceptional customer service and responsive administrative support to the patients & clinicians of Harley Dental and Day Surgery. This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to work in a close-knit team with a great workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reception & admission patient services
• Patient medical record management tasks
• Patient appointment setting, billing, receipting and health fund claiming
• Compliance tasks
• Oversight of reception team, liaising with external stakeholders and treatment coordination

This role is offered ideally as a full-time position Monday to Friday.

This role will suit an individual with outstanding presentation, attention to detail and attentive customer service skills. Your key to success will be your customer service experience and passion for working to help people reach their health goals. If you have experience in either Dental or Medical Specialist rooms, this will be highly regarded.
