About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. Based out of our centres, this role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality educators who align with Futuro’s values and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and screen candidates across a range of roles (ECTs, Diploma, Cert III, Trainees, Cooks, Leaders)
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising to onboarding
• Collaborate closely with People and Culture Manager to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate data and reports
• Attend local job fairs, open days, and community events to promote opportunities at Futuro

About You

• 1 year of recruitment experience preferred, ideally in the early childhood or education sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• A genuine interest in people and culture
• Current Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
