The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for 2 engaging and organised Enrolment Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our centres operate at full capacity by supporting families from first enquiry through to enrolment and beyond.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Book and manage centre tours and open days
• Guide families through the enrolment and onboarding process
• Support families in understanding childcare subsidies and benefits (CCS)
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track enrolment metrics
• Liaise with Centre Managers and Assistant Centre Managers on occupancy level and targets
• Promote Futuro at local events and community engagements

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or administration (childcare/education sector experience preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., OWNA, Childcare CRM)
• Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
