Our customer is one of the largest wholesale distributors in Australia of a diverse range of products.
Located in Hornsby, they are seeking a new team member who is ready for any challenge.
Duties include:
Process phone and email enquiries
Receiving and processing customer orders
Building strong working relationships with customers and your team.
Monitor delivery deadlines
Skills and experience required:
Confidence in PC Literacy and data entry with a good skillset and a desire for training
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Excellent phone manner with the ability to build a strong rapport by providing outstanding customer service.
Confident and positive attitude, well organised with good time management skills
This role is available immediately for Australian and New Zealand citizens or candidates holding a PR visa.
Close to public transport or on-site parking available
