Job Title: Rostering Officer – Aged Care (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)

Location: Cronulla

Rate: $35.00 per hour + Super

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am start, 7.6-hour days

We’re excited to support a well-respected aged care facility in Cronulla in their search for a Rostering Officer to join the team on a temporary basis—with a clear path to permanent employment. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare and publish fortnightly rosters in line with the Enterprise Agreement
• Manage coverage for sick, annual, and long service leave
• Monitor and maintain rosters within budget (including agency/overtime control)
• Reconcile employee timesheets and ensure payroll deadlines are met
• Respond to staff queries about rosters, leave, and shift swaps
• Support HR in updating employee conditions (hours, rosters, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 12 months’ experience rostering in an aged care setting
• Confident in using Excel, Outlook, Word, and CRM systems
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to manage change, remain calm under pressure, and juggle multiple tasks
• A positive, flexible attitude and strong attention to detail
• Must have a valid National Police Check
