Intro Recruitment have been engaged to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join a small, experienced team to deliver newly won refurb and fit out projects predominately in the hospitality sector.

This builder will turnover $40m this financial year and deliver projects throughout QLD with majority of these in SEQ.

Their ideal candidate will have experience delivering similar commercial projects as a Contracts Administrator and you will have the ability to write your own scopes and communication will be a major strength of yours. They have a great reputation in the industry as they have consistently built strong relationships with subbies, consultants, and clients and the successful candidate would need to operate in the same manor with similar principles.

This role will suit a Contracts Administrator with the ability to progress in the future. Attitude will be key to your success and opportunity will be at your fingertips.

As a Contracts Administrator you will have:

• Ideally tertiary qualification
• Min 2-5+ years CA experience with reputable company
• Project experience over $1m
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build relationships
