The Role:

As the Australian and New Zealand Managing Director, you will report directly to the parent company, Sunlight in Greece and be responsible for overseeing all sales, operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the business. You will lead a small team across sales, service, and operations to deliver performance, growth, and exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to high performance.

Oversee supply chain, service delivery, and customer experience across Australia & New Zealand

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Manage budgeting, reporting, and overall financial performance.

Identify and implement process improvements, innovation, and sustainability initiatives.

What We are Looking For:

An ambitious, proven, professional manager with experience in industrial, manufacturing, or energy-related sectors looking to make the next step in their career.

Knowledge of batteries, forklifts, materials handling, or related industries is highly desirable.

Strong commercial acumen and operational management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership capabilities

Ability to manage P&L and drive performance across national operations.
