About the Role
Our client, a leading Australian-owned manufacturer of aluminium windows and doors, is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Nowra. In this role, you'll work closely with Sales Representatives to support quoting and coordination tasks, interpret building plans, and ensure accurate data entry in quotation systems. Your strong attention to detail, positive energy, and ability to learn quickly will help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete plan take-offs and accurate data entry for customer projects
- Make daily confirmation calls to major accounts and clients
- Screen and confirm appointments for site measures and installations
- Assist with scheduling and screen collation
- Maintain high attention to detail across all administrative tasks
- Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and software
- Collaborate within a large, supportive team environment
- Participate in structured training with genuine career progression opportunities

Experience Required
- Previous administration experience in a customer-focused role
- Knowledge of building industry codes or quoting systems is an advantage (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, inclusive team
- Strong initiative and willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Positive attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
