As our Customer Experience Team Leader, you’ll be the energy at the front of our centre — leading a passionate team of front-line staff and café attendants to deliver next-level service.

🧭 Your Day-to-Day Includes:

Leading, coaching, and supporting a customer service and café team

Recruiting and training future stars

Managing shifts and rosters with care and efficiency

Collaborating with the Membership Officer to grow engagement

Ensuring your team champions every promotion and marketing initiative

Keeping internal communication strong across departments
