This is a part time position in the office at the Wholesale Nursery – Ouds Amazone Trading Pty Ltd. Predominately the role is running the office for the nursery & making sure everything runs smoothly & on time.
Tasks include:
Processing orders and invoices, answering phone and email, book freight, solve problems, filing, new staff paperwork, order all supplies for office and nursery. Take charge of bulk orders and processing. Assist owner and nursery manager when needed.
Skills and attributes required;
- Previous experience in MYOB
- Previous experience processing large volume orders
- Accurate typing, writing skills, competent at word & excel.
- Pleasant & responsible phone manner
- Thinking ahead
- Good organisation & time management
The Pay:
- $30 to $38 per hour depending on the applicant
- Weekly payroll
- Plus 11% Superannuation
- Monday to Friday 8am – 1pm (25 hours)
