About the Role

Join a warm, experienced team supporting NDIS participants—especially those with psychosocial disabilities—to break down barriers, navigate the system, and build stronger, more independent lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing Level 3 Support Coordination to participants with complex needs

• Building personalised recovery plans

• Navigating the NDIS and coordinating essential supports

• Working with families, clinicians, and providers

• Advocating, problem-solving, and empowering participants every step of the way

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy

Has experience with psychosocial disability or complex coordination (preferred - but if you don't that's ok)

Communicates with compassion and professionalism

Understands the NDIS and recovery-focused support
