We are seeking interest from resilient, empathetic and motivated people wanting to help the affected people and families in their time of need.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent experience to our customers and clients. You will work collaboratively with your Sedgwick colleagues and have the customer and client at the centre of everything you do whilst achieving timely outcomes.
What are my accountabilities?
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email
Coordinate triage efforts as calls are received
Obtain and process key information relating to customer enquires
Maintain high level of customer service with all internal and external stakeholders
About you:
Self-motivated, driven and customer centric.
Caring, empathetic and resilient
Enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Hours and shifts are flexible and will suit different working patterns such as school or university hours or weekend work. Sedgwick supports a hybrid working model and initial training days will be paid and will be facilitated in our metro Wollongong office.
