Position: Casual Social Media Customer Service Representative
Location: South Melbourne or Remote (for the right person)
Employment Type: Casual – Must be available during holidays and peak periods.
Rate: $30 per hour

About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, switched-on Social Media Customer Service Rep to help us support our amazing community online. If you love chatting with people and have a way with words, this could be for you!

You'll be the voice of Archies Footwear across our platforms – replying to customer questions, solving problems, and spreading good vibes on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and review sites.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide excellent customer service across social platforms with great attention to detail, understanding of our products and services, ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally.

Review social media posts and comments to identify, remove and report inappropriate content, adhering to company guidelines and policies.

Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and customer support, to report issues, address complex customer issues and provide accurate resolutions.

Maintain a positive and professional online presence, representing the company's values and brand image in all social media interactions.

What We’re Looking For

First-language English speaker with great written communication skills and attention to detail

Experience with platforms such as Gorgias or Zendesk is preferred, but not necessary.

Friendly, approachable and comfortable chatting with customers online

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering positive working relationships

Comfortable using platforms like Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, and Excel

Detail-oriented and can juggle a few things at once

Experience in customer service is a big plus!

Basic knowledge of the Archies Footwear products or be keen and quick to learn.
