In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, assisting with enquiries and fostering strong relationships through regular meetings and feedback sessions. You’ll collaborate closely with laboratory staff to address client needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring a seamless experience.

Your contributions will have a direct impact on industries critical to Australia’s food, agriculture, environmental, and pharmaceutical sectors, both in domestic and international markets.

The ideal applicants will possess:

· Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Able to actively listen, communicate clearly, and foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients,

· Fluent English Speaker: Possesses excellent spoken English with a polished, professional demeanor and approachable communication style,

· Professional Communication: Demonstrates impeccable phone and email etiquette, representing the company with clarity, courtesy, and professionalism at all times,

· Highly Organized: Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high productivity,

· Detail-Oriented: Pays close attention to details to ensure client requests and communications are handled accurately and effectively,

· Quick Learner & Adaptable: Has a proven ability to quickly grasp new systems and workflows, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.),

· Problem Solver: Brings a proactive attitude and sound analytical thinking to resolve issues efficiently and logically.

No specific qualifications required! While a background in science or technology is a plus, we value a client-focused mindset and a willingness to learn above all else.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional assistance with day-to-day inquiries and feedback.

Actively listen to and interpret client communications to identify their needs and expectations,

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement meetings, ensuring open communication and understanding of their requirements,

Conduct service review meetings with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement. These meetings will form a critical part of your role’s KPIs,

Collaborate with laboratory staff to clearly communicate client requirements and work together to resolve issues efficiently,

Deliver tailored solutions promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction and uphold Symbio’s reputation for quality service,

Document client interactions, including emails and phone calls, thoroughly and accurately for traceability and follow-up,

Leverage software tools and systems to investigate and resolve client queries,

Maintain strong organizational skills and efficiently manage tasks within a shared inbox to meet deadlines and service standards.
