The Chocolate Box is a family owned business which started in Camberwell, Victoria in 1958. With its lovely rich history, it is a place where you share in the discovery of chocolate and other yummy treats. We want customers to experience every drizzle of chocolate, the sight, taste, sound and smells, a wonderful sensory experience. With in-store theatre, customers are offered opportunities to explore the full product range from smooth milk to decadent dark and everything in between.

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Store Manager to effectively manage our 2 NEW stores at Perth Airport Manager .

If you love chocolate and have a passion for retail, enjoy working in a fast paced dynamic environment, have experience in providing outstanding customer service and have operational expertise, then this is your opportunity to help manage a team to deliver an amazing customer service experience through sampling and product knowledge, while assisting with general operations.

To be part of our team you’ll need:

4+ years experience in retail management

Strong leadership & team management skills

Problem solving ability

Excellent customer service skills

Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Maturity and initiative

Flexibility & Reliability

Confident communication style

Reliable transport to commute to airport for early starts or late finishes.

Permanent resident or hold FULL Working Visa without limitations.

As we’re located in airport environments, we operate 7 days week and outside of traditional working hours. Flexible working hours are available. All candidates must have reliable transportation to allow for early morning starts, or late finishes.
