The primary responsibility is to co-ordinate and provide comprehensive supervision of the day-to-day delivery of the work crews civil construction and plumbing projects during the construction phase for MS Civil, including (but not limited to):

· Ensure all project requirements are understood and implemented, and changes to requirements/scope, specifications are recorded and communicated to the project managers.

· Ensure all construction is being performed to quality standards in compliance with design specifications, drawings and project budgets and schedules are being adhered to.

· Plan, coordinate and supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned projects.

· Program Management including resource allocation, project scheduling and capacity planning.

· Identify risk and opportunity in all aspects of construction management and implement mitigation measures where risks are evident.

· Participate in and approve Risk assessment and SWMS of each project

· The Construction representative to client and address day-to-day issues as required.

· Monitor and report project progress and budget.

· Manage and lead the Construction Team including performance.
