Phone & Email Correspondence: Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing patient inquiries about services, appointment availability, and clinic policies.
Patient Coordination: Greet patients warmly, check them in, verify insurance details, and update personal information in our electronic health record system.
Clinic Organization: Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, manage office supplies, and coordinate with vendors for restocking.
Patient Records: Assist with organizing and scanning medical forms, ensuring all patient files are up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations.
Referral Coordination: Liaise with referring physicians or specialists to obtain patient records or send podiatry reports as needed.
Inventory Support: Track and order podiatry-specific supplies like orthotic materials or sterilization kits, ensuring the clinic is always prepared.
Follow-Up Care: Contact patients to remind them of upcoming appointments or to schedule follow-ups for treatments like nail care or diabetic foot exams.
Marketing Assistance: Help with light marketing tasks, such as updating the clinic’s social media with health tips or distributing flyers for new services like laser therapy.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills to make every patient feel valued.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing schedules and records.
Comfortable using computers, including booking software, Microsoft Office, and electronic medical records (training provided).
