As an Associate Adviser, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced Advisers, gaining hands-on experience and delivering real impact for clients in their wealth creation journey. This is more than a job—it’s your launchpad to a thriving career in financial advice.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the preparation, review, and implementation of financial plans for clients, including retirement planning, investment strategies, superannuation, tax, and insurance
• Schedule and prepare for client meetings and ensure clients receive the highest level of service
• Conduct research on financial products, markets, and strategies to assist in the development of tailored financial plans
• Work with Senior Financial Advisers to implement financial strategies that align with client objectives
• Respond to client queries and requests, providing clear and professional communication

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working in the financial planning industry in either a client services or associate level role
• Relevant industry qualifications with the willingness to complete further study if necessary
• Strong communication skills and high degree of professionalism
• Willingness to learn and further your career in financial planning
