ARG Workforce has partnered with a Multi-National waste management & recycling Company to engage an experienced Administration Assistant for the following assignment located in the Banyo Area.
The duties of this role include:
- Contractor calls for service sign off
- Invoice Reconciliation for commercial and industrial and construction & demolition
- Quoting
- Managing price lists
- Data entry
- All Internal/external queries
About you:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Administration position
- Drivers licence & reliable transport
- Able to pass an instant pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
- Proficiency with Microsoft office (Mostly Excel) as well as SAP
