With over 20+ years in the industry, their client base is focused on medium to large scale companies and are constantly looking to upscale and be involved in exciting projects.

This is an great opportunity for a confident Finance Officer to hit the ground running and join a dynamic team on a fixed-term contract basis. You will play a very valuable role in this team and assist with day-to-day accounts processing to ensure all deadlines are met and financials are accurate.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will have broad range of responsibilities including:

End-to-end Finance Officer duties

Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll processing

Process POs, receipts, and supplier invoices

Raise invoices

Bank and balance sheet reconciliations

Credit card reconciliations

Monitor cash flow

Intercompany journaling

Asset management

Sales reconciliation

Assist in preparing financial reports and statements

Reimbursements and deductions

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Managing the accounts inbox and respond to queries

Support other finance team members as required

Ideal Candidate:

3+ years proven work experience as an Finance Officer or similar role

Degree/Qualification in Accounting & Finance desirable

Experience working in a high-volume environment

Strong and clear communication skills

Experience with accounting software Xero

Advanced excel skillset

Must have a high level of organisational skills and proven ability to work well under pressure

Strong interpersonal, analytical and numeracy skills

Demonstrate strong initiative

Must be a team player and can easily collaborate with internal staff members
