About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our growing team at Stitched up custom trim. Starting with a 3 month trial period moving on to this full-time role based in Morisset, NSW, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote our range of high-quality car covers for custom cars, hot rods and collectables along with general workplace procedures.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales

Identifying and reaching out to potential customers, including car enthusiasts, collectors and custom car owners

Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients

Attending trade shows, car events and exhibitions to showcase our products

Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials

Tracking sales performance and providing regular reports to the management team

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs

What we're looking for

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the automotive or custom car industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service

Familiarity with the custom car and collectables market, as well as an understanding of relevant industry trends

Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software, social media platforms and email marketing
