About the role

This is a full-time car yard hand position at Capalaba Car World, located in Capalaba, Queensland. As a car yard hand, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of this established automotive dealership.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the car yard, including washing, cleaning, and detailing vehicles.

Assisting with the movement and relocation of vehicles as needed.

Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers on the car yard.

Supporting the sales team with various administrative and operational tasks.

Ensuring the car yard and showroom are well-stocked, organised, and ready for potential buyers.

What we're looking for

Previous experience working in a car yard or similar automotive retail environment is highly desirable but not needed.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A positive, enthusiastic, and dedicated attitude towards your work.

A valid Manual driver's licence and the ability to safely operate various vehicles.
