About the role
Join Mycheck Health as a Senior Receptionist or Practice Manager and take on a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of this busy medical practice. This full-time position is based in Woy Woy, NSW, and will see you managing the daily operations of the clinic while providing exceptional customer service to patients.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing the front-of-house reception team and delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflow
Managing patient bookings, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with medical administration protocols
Coordinating the work of allied health professionals and managing the practice's inventory and supplies
Providing leadership and mentorship to the reception team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Liaising with medical practitioners, external stakeholders, and the wider Mycheck Health team as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior medical reception or practice management role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in medical terminology, patient record management, and general office software
A friendly, professional demeanor and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment
A commitment to upholding the highest standards of medical administration and confidentiality
