As Store Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy workshop, supporting your team to smash KPIs and sales targets. You’ll build strong relationships with customers, clients and suppliers, promote products with confidence and ensure all reporting is accurate and timely. You'll lead by example, uphold our Quality Assurance standards and maintain a safe, clean environment where both staff and customers feel looked after.

You’re a hardworking leader with a real passion for cars, mechanics and the automotive industry. With at least two years of recent experience managing a service centre or similar, you lead by example and deliver genuine service that leaves a lasting impression. A trade qualification is a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is your drive, sales know-how and ability to inspire your team. You hold a valid WA driver’s licence and are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident ready to hit the ground running.
