Chisholm is seeking an experienced Wellbeing & Injury Management Lead for our People, Culture & Safety team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Wellbeing & Injury Management Lead, your key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert wellbeing and injury management advice, training and support to Chisholm managers and employees, including Return to Work (RTW) & Support at Work (SAW) follow-up support, advice on health matters related to travel.
- Leading the review, establishment, implementation, and evaluation of policy and process systems to support staff to be psychologically safe and recover from illness or mental health concerns as quickly as possible.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to support Chisholm’s wellbeing, injury management, and psychosocial safety initiatives.
- Effectively managing Chisholm’s workers’ compensation processes and cases.
- Facilitating processes for return to work, reporting and trend analysis to monitor and measure performance for improvement opportunities.
- Providing comprehensive case management and administration of ill and injured employees, including the development and management of RTW and SAW plans across Victoria and interstate as required.
- Provide leadership across Chisholm through the establishment of a credible reputation in best practice psychosocial safety advice and support to enable optimal outcomes.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrated experience in Return-to-Work practices, workers’ compensation, TAC and injury recovery.
Qualifications required for the role:
- Certified Return to Work Coordinator, Victorian WorkCover Authority (VWA) approved.
- Certified Personal Injury Practitioner or a related discipline, or a willingness to obtain.
- An in-depth understanding of Return-to-Work practices including legislation and the underlying decision making principles.
