The Role
As a Senior Accountant within the Property Finance team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end financial and management accounting across a high-value commercial property portfolio. You’ll work closely with property managers, external service providers, and senior finance stakeholders.

Deliver month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial accounting support across assigned assets.

Own the budgeting and forecasting process including income, capex, incentives, and outgoings.

Maintain and update asset models, supporting key valuation and leasing metrics.

Prepare and review BAS, JV/co-owner packs, and TB uploads from agents.

Business partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide actionable insights.

Support transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and post-settlement accounting.

Drive continuous improvement and uphold compliance standards.

The Candidate

CA-qualified with 5+ years' experience in Big 4 audit

Ideally audited property clients or worked in financial accounting at a property group

Confident communicator with strong Excel and analytical skills

Immediately available or can start within 2 weeks
