Description

• Preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Overseeing the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Maintenance of the general ledger and reconciliation of accounts.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations.
• Providing strategic financial advice to senior management.
• Liaising with external auditors.
• Mentoring and coaching junior finance staff.
• Driving continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems.

Profile

A successful Senior Financial Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting or related field, with professional certification (CA/CPA).
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
• Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in financial software.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• A solution-driven mindset, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.

Job Offer
