House Person

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join the heart of our operations - our housekeeping department on Full Time as a House Person. The House person is a crucial role that aides the housekeeping team to ensure that standards of cleanliness are achieved.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Ensure housekeeping pantries are consistently stocked with supplies

Empty dirty linen and trash from room attendant carts and take to the appropriate location.

Check closets and clean as necessary.

Respond to guest requests in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

Room Attendant

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Bed making

Removing rubbish

Replenishing supplies

Cleaning furniture and fittings

Visual checking of rooms

Assist guests with enquiries, directions and special requests.

perform cleaning and maintenance programs in accordance with departmental timetable/schedules

Public Area Attendant

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas within the hotel. Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained to provide guests with a welcoming and pleasant environment.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Regularly check and clean operating equipment

Ensure pantries are well stocked and maintained

Vacuum carpets and stain free

Deep cleaning projects

Clean furniture, fixtures, glasses, mirrors and surfaces

Regular checks of toilets

Refill soap dispensers and toilet paper

Clean lifts

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

Housekeeping experience preferred.

Minimum 4 days availability

Clear and pleasant communications skills

Ability to work weekdays, Weekends and Public Holidays
