MAYDAY Recruitment is proud to partner with a global leader in the insurance industry to recruit an Asset Management Coordinator for their team in Parramatta.
This is a flexible part-time role, offering up to 4 days per week, with core working days on Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
In this hands-on role, you will join a team of three, responsible for managing both office and remote work equipment across the business. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of physical tasks and administrative responsibilities.

- This is an in-office position, offering part-time hours with flexibility to work between 25 and 30 hours per week.
- Core working days are Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
- The preferred start time is between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM, but finish times are flexible.

- Up to $40 p/h + super for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain office and remote work equipment, including laptops, monitors, headsets, and chargers.
- Track and update employee equipment through internal databases.
- Coordinate with courier services to schedule timely equipment collections.
- Handle employee and stakeholder inquiries regarding equipment and collaborate with the People & Culture team to prepare new starter equipment.
- Pack and prepare equipment for courier pickup.
- Manage returned equipment and ensure it is properly tracked in the database.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience using Startrack or ServiceNow systems is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, manual environment.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while multitasking.
- Clear, professional communication skills, verbal and written.
- Full Australian working rights and availability for office-based work in Parramatta.
