ARG Workforce has partnered with a leader in the Australian steel industry, to engage an experienced Administration Assistant located in the Crestmead area.
This role is an initial 6-month contract with potential transition to permanent.
The duties of this role include:
- Processing customer orders and payments.
- Providing a high level of customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
- Assisting with order entries, logistics inquiries, and administrative tasks.
- Supporting operations by ensuring timely processing of manufacturing and engineering orders.
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administration role.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Xero and experience with Syteline ERP (preferred).
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screening.
