The Role

Working in a dual capacity as Office Manager and Event Coordinator the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Greeting guests, clients and visitors to the office
  • Management of meeting rooms and work areas
  • Administration and team support as required
  • Project based work such as new technology roll out, office improvement and culture initiatives
  • Working with managers to plan and execute on events for business clients

About You:

  • Experience working in Office Management or Office Coordination
  • Experience working within financial services
  • Experience with planning and executing events
  • Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Organisational ability and strong attention to detail
