• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences across multiple outlets over the lunch/dinner period.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes, from elegant restaurant plates to indulgent in-room dining and bar bites.
• Work closely with senior chefs to develop seasonal menus and innovative dishes.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.
• Train and inspire junior chefs to uphold Sofitel’s commitment to quality and service.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control while managing costs.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or senior role in a hotel or high-end dining environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced service.
• A passion for quality ingredients, presentation, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and industry trends.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Formal culinary qualifications.
• A commitment to excellence in food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
