A fast paced and dynamic FMCG business is on the look out for a Management Accountant to join their growing team in Melbourne's inner Western Suburbs. This exciting opportunity requires 3 days per week in the office and provides structured learning and development.

Description

The duties and responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Drive financial reporting and the creation of dashboards in PowerBI.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare timely weekly and monthly management reports, offering valuable insights into business performance.
• Oversee AR.
• Maintain the group's fixed asset and capital expenditure registers.
• Assist with compliance and statuary reporting.
• Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead process improvements.
• Act as a leader in driving team performance to meet service delivery requirements.
• Business partner with operations, interrogate cost drivers and areas for cost optimisation.
• Cash flow forecasting.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ year's experience in a similar role.
• Tertiary qualification in Business (or related) and CA/CPA qualified.
• Demonstrated experience with PowerBI.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong business partnering experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
