The Role

We are looking for a customer service partner to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. The candidate must be a confident communicator, problem solver and have an eye for detail. Reporting to the sales manager, they will work closely with the operations and sales team to ensure the highest level of customer service.

The tasks include:

• Taking phone orders
• Processing online orders
• Preparing quotes (including freight)
• Following up quotes
• Liaising with freight companies
• Managing customer deliveries
• Preparing inventory lists
• Coordinating customer deliveries
• After sales support
• Advising on product information
• Resolving customer issues
• Developing relationships with customers.

Our Ideal Candidate

Will have multiple years experience in customer service. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and can demonstrate experience in driving successful outcomes for our customers. The candidate is required to be reliable, have a keen eye for detail; the followings skills will strengthen your application.

• Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook)
• MYOB experience.
• Experience with telephone-based logistics.
• Experience in early childhood education.
