Key Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to for clients, keeping them informed, supported, and confident throughout their build.
• Manage approvals, certifications, and key paperwork to keep things moving smoothly.
• Work closely with site teams to track progress, flag delays, and manage variations.
• Wrap up builds with clear handover processes and final documentation.
• Pitch in with reception cover when needed.
