About the role

One Dream Community is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in Burwood, NSW. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients. This is a Part time OR full-time role with excellent benefits and career development opportunities.

What you'll be doing

Assessing and monitoring the health and wellbeing of elderly clients and people with disabilities.

Client home visits to perform Clinical Assessment

Developing and implementing individualised care plans

Administering medications and providing clinical interventions as required

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation requirements

Supervising and mentoring enrolled nurses and care assistants

What we're looking for

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Extensive experience in community setting aged care nursing, with a demonstrated commitment.

Bilingual English/Korean Speaking or English/Chinese Speaking (Preferred)

Strong clinical skills, including medication management, wound care, SPC, IDC and palliative care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to caring for elderly clients and people with disabilities

Proficiency in using electronic systems
