Commercial Trust Accountant

Our client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Trust Accountant to work for their prestigious, well established real estate office.

Located in Clayton, you will do Commercial sales and rental trust accounting.
Rental trust of approx. 250 properties and 2 sales/month for sales trust.

Full time and Part time available depending on what you're looking for
WFH flexibility provided.

JOB DUTIES:

- Commercial Rental and Sales Trust Accounting
- Manage Trust Accounts
- Reconciliation
- Rent Receipting
- Reporting and other Trust Accounting duties if required
- Reporting to Directors & General Manager of the business

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Prior experience in Commercial trust accounting for real estate
- The desire to work in a friendly, inclusive team
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail, admin skills and Microsoft Office experience
- Prior experience with Cirrus 8
