We're a dynamic and energetic team looking for motivated and experienced Customer Service Guru’s to join the Prvidr Family in our Call Centre!

The Role
This is a Permanent Full-Time role (38hrs per week). Our new team members must be able to work on a rotating roster of Mon-Fri 9am-8pm and Sat-Sun (+P’hols) 10am-6pm.
This is an on-site in office role based in Townsville.

Our Customer Service Guru’s provide an outstanding customer experience through all interactions, including calls, chats, and emails, whether you're working from home or from our office.

The total base remuneration is $61,325 including super: Comprised of $55,000 base + 11.5% Super ($6,325) + applicable penalty rates apply to relevant shifts in addition to this amount.
