As the company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join the production team.

The Role
As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in the manufacturing process, working with precision to produce lighting components. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating CNC machines to fabricate metal or plastic lighting parts
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job specs
• Setting up and adjusting machine tools and fixtures
• Performing quality checks on finished products
• Maintaining equipment and work area cleanliness
• Following safety procedures and company standards

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience operating CNC machines - desirable
• Previous machine operating experience Min 1 year
• Ability to read technical drawings and measure accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Experience in lighting or metal fabrication industries is a plus
