Our client specialize's in delivering high-quality, custom signage solutions for businesses across various industries. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines for signage production (router, laser, etc.).

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints for custom signage projects.

• Ensure accurate measurements and cutting specifications are met.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.

• Maintain high safety standards and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

• Conduct quality control checks on finished signage to ensure it meets company standards.

• Work closely with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines.

• Manage inventory of materials and supplies required for CNC operations.

• Keep a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating CNC machines (experience with signage or similar industries preferred).

• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine setup.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certifications or relevant experience preferred).

• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to maintain a safe working environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with software such as Art CAM, VCarve, or similar CAD/CAM programs.

• Knowledge of various signage materials (e.g., acrylic, wood, metal).

• Previous experience in a signage or graphics production environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
